The Manor Borough Office is located at 44 Main Street, 2 doors down from the Manor Public Library and next to the Fire Station. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM unless otherwise posted. The Borough is ruled by a 7 member council. The Mayor is Ed Malinoski. If you need to contact the Mayor, you may send him an email or leave a message at the Borough Administration Office.

Payments for Municipal Taxes are accepted by check only made out to "Michael N. Radakovich, Tax Collector".
The office is unable to accept payment by credit card or debit card, and cannot accept cash.

IF YOU LIVE IN THE PENN TRAFFORD SCHOOL DISTRICT your school taxes are handled by Ed Sheehy in Penn Township.

Check #2: Sewage Lien Letter . . . . . . . . . $30.00
Call the Borough Admin Office to confirm a Sewer Lateral Inspection needs to be done. Once passed, a Sewer Lateral Inspection is good for 3 years. Lien letters are not released until the sewer lateral passes inspection.
