Borough Administrative Offices


The Manor Borough Office is located at 44 Main Street, 2 doors down from the Manor Public Library and next to the Fire Station. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM unless otherwise posted. The Borough is ruled by a 7 member council. The Mayor is Ed Malinoski. If you need to contact the Mayor, you may send him an email or leave a message at the Borough Administration Office.

Tax Collector Office Hours Are:

  • Tuesdays - 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Wednesdays in April - 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Wednesdays in September - 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Thursdays - 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Payments for Municipal Taxes are accepted by check only made out to "Michael N. Radakovich, Tax Collector".

The office is unable to accept payment by credit card or debit card, and cannot accept cash.

IF YOU LIVE IN THE PENN TRAFFORD SCHOOL DISTRICT your CURRENT school taxes are now handled by Manor Tax Collector Mike Radakovich. Those needing school tax history payments must contact Ed Sheehy in Penn Township.

Lien Letters

Checks payable to Manor Borough mailed to 44 Main Street, Manor PA 15665. No form required. Be sure to reference the -

  • property address(es)
  • parcel number(s)
  • seller name
  • anticipated closing date
  • a SASE for original letters
  • email address for scan of original letters

*We will not FAX Lien Letters or Tax Certifications. They are scanned and emailed.

Check #2: Sewage Lien Letter . . . . . . . . . $30.00

Call the Borough Admin Office to confirm a Sewer Lateral Inspection needs to be done. Once passed, a Sewer Lateral Inspection is good for 3 years. Lien letters are not released until the sewer lateral passes inspection.
