For those in need, 2 Manor Churches provide food and clothing assistance. On the 2nd Tuesday of every month from 9:30AM until 11:30AM, the Manor Food Pantry is available at The First United Methodist Church located at the corner of Cleveland and Atlantic. At the same time, Refuge Church offers FREE clothing for all members of the family. The clothing shop located on the 2nd floor of the old Manor School on Blaine is also open the 4th Saturday of the month from 9:30AM until 11:30AM in addition to the 2nd Tuesday of the month.

Effective 2013 all property sold, transferred, refinanced, or obtaining a line of credit, is subject to a CCTV Sewer Lateral Inspection ("dye test"). The cost is $195 ($225.00 if a sewage no/lien letter is required) and is valid for 3 years from the date the sewage inspection is "passed". The sewer must pass inspection before the lien letter is released. The Ordinance 532-12-01, passed in 2012. See Section 9.

Turnaround time is 1-2 days based on property owner's availability.

Manor Public Works Department has a sewer camera for inspecting sewer laterals. If you are having a sewer issue and you strongly suspect it may be the main line, please contact the Borough Office to have it inspected. This may save you the cost of hiring a plumber.
