Borough of Manor, Westmoreland County, will receive separate and sealed bids for the 2026 McKelvey Street and Oak Street Sewer Replacement Project. Sealed bids will be received until 1:00PM (prevailing local time) on the 11th day of May 2026 at the Borough Manager’s office at the Manor Borough Building, 44 Main Street, Manor Pennsylvania 15665. The bids will be publicly opened at 1:15 PM (prevailing local time) on the 11th day of May 2026 at the Borough Manager’s office at the Manor Borough Building, 44 Main Street, Manor Pennsylvania 15665. All bids must be received in a separate and sealed envelope or folder for this contract and clearly labeled “2026 Borough of Manor McKelvey Street and Oak Street Sewer Replacement Project”. Faxed bids will not be accepted.
